Pregiata is crafted from beans that undergo a multi-stage selection process and form a precise blend sourced from some of the world’s finest plantations. For Varanini, quality begins with the right bean. Pregiata combines Arabicas from six different origins with premium Robusta, giving the blend structural stability, long-lasting crema and a distinctive synergy of flavors.
Slow, low-temperature roasting for 19–22 minutes allows every bean to preserve its natural qualities. Each origin is roasted separately at its ideal temperature and timing, eliminating the bitter notes of burnt beans and the excessive acidity of under-roasted beans. Pregiata offers harmony in every cup: complex yet elegant aroma, balanced flavor and a dense, refined, persistent crema.
