Super Bar combines four carefully selected Arabicas with one premium Robusta from proven, high-quality plantations. Every bean undergoes multi-stage selection and quality control so the final blend retains the sweet, aromatic and low-acidity profile that has made Super Bar one of Varanini’s most popular blends. Slow, low-temperature roasting for 19–22 minutes preserves the natural aromas and develops delicate chocolate nuances.
Varanini’s principal advantage is separate roasting. Green beans from each origin are roasted individually at their ideal temperature, preventing burnt, bitter notes and the excessive acidity caused by under-roasting. The result is a stable, harmonious sensory experience with a clean aroma, smooth structure and a delicate, long-lasting crema.
